In a quirky small town where opinions are loud and the cookies stronger, Agnus and her fellow senior sleuths gather for their weekly murder mystery night. But when Agnus reveals her most elaborate setup yet—complete with a “fake” corpse. It turns out the body in the kitchen is all too real.
Enter Nick, a no-nonsense NYPD detective and nephew to one of the ladies, who quickly realizes this cozy get-together is now a crime scene. But in a town where logic and law take a back seat to tradition and sass, solving a murder investigation might require playing by their rules.
This is a laugh-out-loud cozy mystery full of sharp women, small-town secrets, and delightfully unorthodox justice.
